A cardiovascular warm up followed by isolations, stretching, strengthening and technique exercises across the floor.
The main focus of the class will be musical theatre choreography which will have elements of original choreography from shows.
About Sarah Kitson
Sarah Kitson is a British musical theatre artist with over a decade of experience working in London’s West End and UK touring circuit. In recent years she has been choreographing and directing shows here in Norway for stage and screen and assisting on musicals in Denmark.
