Rósa will teach a contemporary dance class focusing on alignment and full body integration.

The participants will go through several improvisational exercises focusing on the full awareness of the body through movement. Through improvisation we will investigate what skills and qualities we already have in our dancing. What do we want to sharpen, get rid of, focus on or just let be?
