About the artist
Ingrid Berger Myhre is a Norwegian choreographer and performer based in Brussels. Her work explores how dance is read, and how language shapes what we see. Her practice is informed by language, literacy, and semiotics, and often unfolds through playful, rule-based processes that treat choreography as a system of signs. Working with precision and subtle humor, she creates performances that move between clarity and ambiguity, instruction and imagination.
Her works include BLANKS (2017), IN OTHER WORDS (2021), and SPELLING SPECTACLE (2023), as well as collaborations with composer Lasse Passage such as PANFLUTES AND PAPERWORK (2019) and NO DREAMS, NO GOLD (2025). She is currently developing TERMS & CONDITIONS, premiering in March 2027.
