An inclusive dance workshop for participants aged 14 and above — open to both disabled and non-disabled dancers, professional or amateur.
This is an inclusive dance workshop for both disabled and non-disabled dancers, open to professionals and amateurs alike.
The workshop draws on improvisational practices and artistic approaches from the performances Harmonia, Idol, and Charlie, and is led in collaboration with Károly Tóth.
Through guided tasks and open exploration, participants will focus on bodily awareness and sensation, as well as relationships to space, time, dynamics, and one another. All exercises can be adapted to each participant’s abilities and experience.
This workshop is part of Multiplié Dance Festival 2026
