TrondheimSolistene invite you to a concert performance out of the ordinary!
The ensemble is known for passionate performances, innovative interpretations, and youthful energy and joy of playing. With a program inspired by movement, TrondheimSolistene has invited local dance artists associated with DansiT Choreographic Center to explore the connection between music, body and dance. The evening also offers a world premiere of Bertil Palmar Johansen’s work “Something About Dancing”, as well as Rautavaara’s popular Pelimannit (The Fiddlers). This is also a rare opportunity to hear a program just before the TrondheimSolistene head to the studio with the record label 2L to record several of these works for the first time in world history!
The concert performance is presented in collaboration with DansiT Choreographic Center.
