A Belgian gay atheist and a young Norwegian Christian woman come together to explore existential questions through dance.

Drawing inspiration from spiritual rituals and iconic pop songs from queer culture, they seek to cultivate empathy across lines of difference. Through the use of deconstructed gospel harmonica, structures of worship, and risk-taking acrobatic movements, the performers aim to experience life to the fullest.

In a world increasingly marked by division, dance artists IIIannes Bruylant and Anna Benedicte Andresen invite us into a powerful and intimate encounter. Through movement, they challenge the invisible lines we draw between ourselves and those we struggle to understand. This performance celebrates our shared humanity—reminding us that, beneath our differences, we are more alike than we think. Inspired by vulnerability and curiosity, the work opens space for. gratitude and connection.

The performance is part of the Multiplié Dance Festival 2026 presented by DansiT
