Through The Forest Towards The Shore – ImproDans Trondheim 

Welcome to THROUGH THE FOREST TOWARDS THE SHORE on Sunday, 8 september 2024 at 3pm – a walking performance from Rotvoll Kunstnerkollektiv through the forest down to the fjord at Rotvoll-fjæra.

Join us on an interactive journey with music and dance in interaction with nature and inspired by our surroundings. Follow known and unknown sounds and discover body sculptures and dance along the way.

THROUGH THE FOREST TOWARDS THE SHORE is a collaboration between ImproDans Trondheim and Rotvoll Kunstnerkollektiv/Rotvoll Kunstscene. The Ensemble will be led by Anna Thu Schmidt in collaboration with dance artist Nina Wollny, RKK musicians Sissel Vera Pettersen (saxophone/vocal), Are Lothe Kolbeinsen (guitar), and Martin Smidt (percussion).

ImproDans Trondheim wants to offer an open, free, and safe space for movement and sound exploration and a platform for site-specific and inter-artistic performances based on improvisation.
