«Ek sath» means «Together».

This workshop will focus on the dynamic relation between the individuals and the group. Through simple/personal/individual movements we will generate emotional energy and establish a sense of connection. We are looking at dance practice from prospective of togetherness – an antidote to polarization in the society.

Sudesh Adhana performs in Deep Field by Ingrid Fiksdal during Bastard 2019

The workshop is suited for people with some experience in the performing arts.
